weBeta - Structural Engineers (ABN 89 667 910 803) collects the information needed to respond to enquiries, process orders and provide structural engineering services.
Information collected
This may include your name, email, contact number, project address, selected map location, project details, configurator information and files you choose to upload. Payment status and transaction references are recorded for paid orders. Stripe processes card details; weBeta does not receive your full card number.
How it is used
Information is used to assess service scope, communicate with you, process payment, prepare receipts, provide the requested service and maintain appropriate project and business records.
Service providers
The website uses service providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for project data and private file storage, Stripe for payment, Resend for transactional email and Google services for address and map functions. Information is shared only as needed to operate these functions, provide the service or meet legal obligations.
Storage and enquiries
Project and order information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, business records and applicable legal obligations. To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or raise a privacy concern, email mail@webeta.com.au.
