QuickFrame10

Class 10 structural documents, configured online.

A remote-first pathway for suitable Class 10 structures. Edit a simple plan and roof sections, choose the roofing and submit the details needed for pre-construction drawings, specifications and design certification.

Plan

Configure the proposed Class 10 structure online and provide the plan and section details needed for structural design and documentation.

Pathway

From plan intake to structural documentation.

QuickFrame10 is for customers who need a clearer, more structured path than a sketch and dimensions email. The intake collects the proposed roof plan, roof type, column setout, linked section heights, roofing, requested documents, supporting information and uploads.

It is intended for suitable Class 10 structures such as carports, garages, sheds, studios, workshops, awnings, patios, pergolas, cabanas and similar small buildings.

Plan

Edit the roof area dimensions, column setout, roof-boundary offsets and roof type on a simple plan.

Sections

Edit roof clearance, ridge or high roof, parapet and ceiling heights in two linked roof sections.

Documents

Request pre-construction structural documents such as drawings, specifications and design certification.

Scope fit

For structures that stand on their own.

The streamlined pathway is for structures that can be engineered as their own structural system, with their own load path to the ground. A structure may sit near or beside an existing building, but it should not depend on that building for support, bracing, tie-down or condition assessment.

Remote methods may include photos, documents and video calls where suitable. If a physical inspection is required, the job will need to move to the quoted services path and is only available where local attendance is practical.

Project intake

Build the structured QuickFrame10 submission.

This intake is designed to capture the plan information needed to review whether the structure suits the streamlined pathway and to start the structural documentation process cleanly.
